The Cheer Physio - FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these programs suitable for beginner coaches?

Absolutely. Our programs range from beginner-friendly to advanced. The Flexibility Guide and Big Six are perfect entry points. Once comfortable, coaches can progress to the CPD lectures and webinars. We meet you where you are.

How long do I have access to the programs?

All content (ebooks, recordings, video lessons) is yours to keep. You own the materials.

How is this different from general fitness resources?

We're cheer-specific, not generic. Generic programs don't account for the unique demands of stunting, tumbling, jumping, and the specific injury patterns cheerleaders face. Our programs address cheerleading anatomy and injury prevention head-on.

Do I need special equipment?

Most programs require minimal or no equipment. The Big Six uses resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight—things most gyms already have. Flexibility work requires just your body and space. We keep it accessible.
